2. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Payment must be made in full before or upon collection/delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations or changes to orders must be made as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations.

3. Liability & Claims

• We take reasonable care in handling your items, but are not liable for damage due to inherent defects, poor quality, or items left uncollected for over 3 months.
• Claims for loss or damage must be made within 24 hours of collection/delivery, with supporting evidence.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of cleaning or the declared value, whichever is lower.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Stacie’s Mom Laundromat or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
